2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 15.3.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge was framed in the case on 23.3.2022 and till date only two prosecution witnesses have been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 15.2.2020 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge V, Vaishali at
