The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Irrespective of the merit of this case, considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner of similar nature, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No.315 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Gopalganj. Hence, prayer is refused.

However, in the event of surrender of the
