2. The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2014 in connection with Khagaria (Gangore) P.S. Case No. 676 of 2013 for the offences alleged under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the first information report has been filed belatedly on 13.11.2013 for the alleged occurrence of 11.11.20013 which is a counter blast to an earlier FIR in Khagaria (Gangore) P.S. Case No.672 of 2013 filed by the petitioner side, according to which the informant sustained bullet injury by reason of pistol firing by Indal Yadav. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner (Lalan Yadav) be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangore) P.S.
