No one appears for the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University') even as notices were issued to the respondents as back as on 22.12.2022 and learned counsel for the respondents had appeared. They were directed to file a counter affidavit but no counter affidavit has been filed.

The only prayer of the petitioner is to issue a direction to the University and its authorities (Respondent Nos. 1 to 4) to mention the name of the Vishun Rajdeo Teachers Training College (hereinafter referred to as the 'College') on all academic documents by the University with complete address i.e. "Vishun Rajdeo Teachers Training College, Kiratpur Rajaram,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9055 of 2022(4) dt.12-07-2023 2/3 Bhagwanpur, Vaishali".

It is submitted that the presently the University is mentioning the College name but the address shown is only "Vaishali" which is a place situated at about 40 kilometers from Bhagwanpur. This is causing some inconvenience to the students, teachers and management as well.

Having regard to the kind of grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner has already represented before the University authorities and has sent reminders also but those have gone unheeded. Annexure '3 Series' are the copy of the representations which have not been denied by the University. In the nature of the materials present on the record, this Court directs Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure '3 Series' and take the remedial measures as required to do away with the inconvenience caused to the students and other stake holders. Such remedial action be taken within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

At this stage, learned counsel for the University has entered appearance. It is submitted that the order dated 22.12.2022 passed by this Court could not be complied with by

The conduct of the respondents in not supplying the statement of facts to the learned counsel speaks for itself. Be that as it may, for the reason cited before this Court, no further indulgence is required to be given. This application stands disposed of accordingly. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) lekhi/- U
