The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, a loaded country made pistol with three live cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession and he has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 26.5.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43969 of 2021(3) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 taking into consideration the petitioner having remained in custody for about 10 months and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Dandari P.S. Case no.50 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Begusarai.
