The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 420 of the I.P.C. and 7 of the E.C. Act.
The allegation against the petitioners, being the driver and cleaner of a pick-up van bearing No. B.R. 06GA-3433, is that they loaded 35 bags of rice from the shops of Dhiraj Singh and Lal Babu Singh , for selling in black market.
It is submitted that Dhiraj Singh had hired the vehicle for transportation of the rice. The petitioners have not committed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45202 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2 / 2 any offence. It appears that the petitioners are in jail since 20-92014. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioners , named above, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 246 of 2014.
