Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 11.8.2014 in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Husband of the deceased has already been remanded to jail custody.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Buniyadganj P.S. Case no. 75/2014.
