Learned counsel for the Bihar State Minorities Financial Corporation submits that he has received a supplementary counter affidavit on behalf of the petitioner bearing affidavit No.78575 dated 16.08.2021 and in the light of Annexure-7 annexed therein, his grievances have been redressed, hence, he wants to withdraw the present petition.

3. In the light of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, this case is directed to be closed with liberty if the petitioner has still grievances, he shall file appropriate application to raise the same within 30 days from today.
