2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that Ravi Kumar, who was working in Gas Agency, Nabinagar, is said to have called on the mobile of the informant and started torturing and blackmailing the informant through mobile no. 7632008171 and 748852159.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not

He submits that after investigation the police has submitted final form against the petitioner, but the learned Court below differed the final form and had taken cognizance against the petitioner. Petitioner has three criminal antecedents as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 134 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
