The petitioner seeks bail in Piar P.S. Case No. 72/2014 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 511, 414, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner had not committed theft of motor cycle. Another motor cycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner which is said to have been stolen. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 29.07.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
