In course of investigation, it came to light that stolen mobile of the informant was being used by one Hamida Khatoon who happens to be mother-in-law of the petitioner and said Hamida Khatoon disclosed this fact that this petitioner had given the aforesaid mobile to her.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Rail Sonepur (Hajipur) P.S.
