The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner that while he was posted as warden in Beur Jail he opened two round fire from the watch tower but nobody was injured.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that mental condition of the petitioner is not sound. He was treated in Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi .

Considering the fact that the petitioner opened fired but nobody was injured and he is in jail since 13.12.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on
