The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 167/2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 341/323/324/325/307/354/504/506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the son of the petitioner, other co-accused persons who are similarly placed have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 9003 of 2019 vide order dated 15.12.2009. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in
