The present criminal revision application has been filed on 26.09.2016. With a view to remove the defect pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, this case was listed on 19.11.2016 before J.R.(J) but no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, thereafter this case was listed on 02.03.2017 before Hon'ble Bench. Again no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, thereafter this case was listed on 03.03.2017 two weeks' peremptory time was granted to remove the defects as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter and all defects remove only thereafter.

No. 558 of 2017 but counsel for the petitioner has prayed for time and this case was directed to be listed on 27.02.2023. Again on 27.02.2023 no body appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. for the State was present on that day and this case has been adjourned for 13.03.2023. Today, again on repeated call no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

It transpires from the previous orders that petitioner has no interest to pursue this case.

In this view of the matter, the present criminal revision application is hereby dismissed due to non-prosecution. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) ravishankar/- U
