Petitioner is in jail custody since 02.01.2015 on the accusation that he forcibly carried the informant on mustard field and also assaulted her.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 240 of 2014.
