JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant as well as learned counsel for the State. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Matihani (Begusarai) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2013 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of allegation made by the informant that victim married lady has enticed away and took her to Mumbai by the petitioner for the purpose of marriage when the petitioner refused to marry her then she fled away.

It is submitted that the victim in her statement stated that due to enmity the accused took her away to Mumbai. It is further submitted one of the co-accused having similar allegation has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.01.2015 in Cr.Misc. No. 1248 of 2015 and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prakash,
