Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120(B), 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. According to F.I.R., in presence of the informant, Subhash Mahto @ Birappan, Saudagar Mahto and Dular Chand Mahto caused firearm injury, causing death of son of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioners also, who were members of the unlawful assembly. Petitioners are in custody since 21.02.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31355 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Jamui Police Station Case No.51 of 2019, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
