Petitioner has prayed for following relief:- "For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus/any other appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents to pay the amounts of Rs.1060000/- (Rs. Ten lakh sixty thousand only) the expenses incurred by the petitioner for providing prepared food to the flood affected family of ward no.1 and 2 under Gram Panchayat Raj Mangpur of Vaishali District."

After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not to be in favour with the submissions made across the Bar, learned counsel for the petitioner, more so in

Patna High Court CWJC No.9674 of 2022 dt.11-08-2022 2/2 view of the disputed question of fact, fairly states that petitioner be permitted to take recourse to such equally, efficacious alternative remedies as are available in accordance with law.
