The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2020. The FIR named accused persons allegedly kidnapped to the minor daughter of the informant. Though the victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. alleged kidnapping by the petitioner and others. However, she is specific that she had travelled along with the petitioner from Kolkata to Hyderabad without making any protest or alarm. The victim has not alleged anything else against the petitioner.

No.32076 of 2020(4) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No.126 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
