2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 12.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74652 of 2018 by granting further time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 as the petitioner could not surrender before the learned trial Court for furnishing bail bonds within the stipulated time due to illness of his parents.

3. Owing to the extenuating circumstances as described in the modification petition, the time granted for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30744 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 surrender and furnishing bail bonds before the learned Court below in para 5 of the order dated 12.03.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 74652 of 2018 shall stand extended by a period of four weeks from today.
