(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to make payment of wages of the petitioner from 16.05.2015 and onward as well as current honorarium on the ground that the petitioner is continuously discharging her duties as Nyay Mitra

(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to make payment of interest over the delayed payment of honorarium on the ground that the petitioner is maintaining herself after taking loan on interest from the market in the hope that after getting her remuneration she will refund the loan amount."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
