JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Complaint Case No. 1878C of 2016 registered under Sections 406 and 498A of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of subjecting his wife to cruelty and torture for demand of four-wheeler vehicle. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is ready to keep the complainant and for that he has also filed a petition for restitution of conjugal right. He further submits that during the pendency of the maintenance case, petitioner was ready to compromise but complainant has not appear.

No.1455 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Teghra, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 1878C of 2016; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
