Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected as there is direct allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted by bamboo blow on the head of the victim-deceased and there is fracture of skull in the frontal, parietal and temporal region. However, call for status of the case. Status report has been received. It has been reported that out of 12 witnesses, six witnesses have been examined and one seizure list witness has also been examined. It has further been reported that the prosecution has given an application for examination of four witnesses and it has been stated that only two witnesses are required to be examined. The S.P., West Champaran, Bettiah, is also directed to produce the witnesses on the date fixed on the processes issued for early disposal of the case.
