The petitioners seek bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 353 of 2012 registered under sections 399, 402, 412of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A 26 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioners were apprehended and from possession of the petitioner's gun, cartridges jewelry cash and mobile were recovered. From the possession of petitioner Ramesh Kr.Yadav one country made pistol was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in jail since 15.10.2012. No. 72 of 2013 arising out of Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 353 of 2012.
