2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 70(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed rape upon the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2025.

5. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had herself left her house and thereafter came back after some time.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35395 of 2025(3) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025.
