JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-01-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 320 of 2018 dated 27.10.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail.

Should such an application be filed, the Court below shall pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudice to the fact that the present petition for anticipatory bail has not been entertained.
