2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 85 and 80 of BNS and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that one Kajal Kumari (deceased) was married to one Sunny Kumar ten months ago. It is alleged the she was subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand. On 04.02.2026, the informant got information that all the in-laws have killed the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned

The nature of allegation is general and omnibus. Main thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 10.02.2026.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Jehanabad (Kalpa) P.S. Case No. 128 of 2026 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad.
