The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bounsi Police Station Case No.38 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault and theft against the petitioners for land dispute. Specific allegation of commission of injury at the head of the informant is against co-accused, Sanjeev. Petitioner No.1, Mina Devi, petitioner No.2, Abha

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79370 of 2018(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 Devi and petitioner No.3, Sarita Devi have got criminal antecedents of trivial nature. However, they are females. Hence, let them in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.

Petitioner No.4, Ranjeet Mukhiya is also accused in two other criminal cases. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail.
