Mr.Kamlesh Kishor, AC to SC-12 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-10-2022 Petitioner's counsel submits that the petitioner was duly selected in the process based on walk-in interview and thereafter he could not have been removed without complying with the principles of natural justice. He, however, is not in a position to show the letter/decision, based on which the petitioner could claim a right to join the services pursuant to the process of selection or the selection letter dated 22.09.2018. Patna High Court CWJC No.11905 of 2019(4) dt.18-10-2022 2/2 examination in the process of selection. The authorities, in the meanwhile, have discovered that the process is not in accordance with law and therefore, they have issued an order dated 13.03.2019 cancelling the selection process and selection of all persons under the process, including the petitioner. The same has been enclosed as Annexure M to the counter affidavit, copy of which was served on the petitioner on 06.08.2019. The same has not been assailed by the petitioner till date. That apart, it is submitted by the Counsel for the State that as of today, there are subsequent events which make the reliefs prayed for in the instant writ petition impossible, inasmuch as regular appointments have already been made and those appointments have not been assailed by the petitioner. This Court does not find any merit in the writ petition. The same is dismissed.
