JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bahadurganj P.S.Case No. 272 of 2018 (Spl. Case No. 43 of 2018) registered under Sections 120B, 370,372 and 376/34 of the Indian penal Code and 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic Act. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of engaging in the flesh trade.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that statement of the victim girl has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she has not named this petitioner and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
