04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shyam Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 20-08-2014 in Hisua P.S. Case No. 81 of 2013 registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody, at the moment, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
