The petitioner is said to have caught the deceased at the time of alleged occurrence and according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Satyendra Chauhan, who gave Fatta blow to the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ekangarsari P.S.
