2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State and the learned counsel for the informant.

3. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

4. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 420, 341, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 67A, 66E of the I.T. Act.

5. As per the prosecution case, the informant was exploited by the petitioner and the petitioner had taken Rs. 1,90,500/- from the informant.

6. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner had handed over a demand draft of Rs. 1,90,500 and Rs. 9500 in cash to the learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 which shall be handed over by the learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 to the O.P. No. 02.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2023.

8. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

9. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

10. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S.
