Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the I.P.C.

The informant named the petitioner and others alleging that all the accused persons assaulted the brother of the informant, who died. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The other accused persons, namely, Shankar Singh, Bishundeo Singh son of Late Chhabbu Singh, Rajdeo Singh, Chandra Deo Singh etc. have already been enlarged on bailvide order passed in Cr.Misc.No.23548 of 2014 and other analogous cases. It appears that the case of the petitioner stands on same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, II, Khagaria in connection Sessions Trial No.337 of 2014 arising out of Pasraha P.S.Case No. 39 of 2014.
