Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 of the I.P.C. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner was remanded in this case from another criminal case. The name of the petitioner figured on the confessional statement of co-accused but the police did not collect any tangible evidence. Except the confessional statement and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is no material on record to show that he has committed any crime.
Considering the facts aforesaid and that he is in jail since 18.9.2014, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S.Case No.34 of 2014 (G.R.No.281 of 2014).
