Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 354(A)(B)(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1B)A, 26/37b of Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of sexual harassment to the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30995 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 with Town Police Station Case No.212 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall file undertaking before the learned court below that he would not indulge in such activity with anyone especially against the informant otherwise that would be a ground for cancellation of bail of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Nitesh/- U T
