The petitioners are languishing in custody since 16.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that for the dispute with regard to taking liquor from the shop of the informant co-accused Manoj Yadav assaulted the bamboo club on the head of the brother of the informant and thereafter all the accused persons including the petitioners were also made assault.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Supaul in connection with Sessions Trial No. 04 of 2014 arising out of Kishanpur P.S.
