The petitioner seeks bail in Motipur P. S. Case No.21 of 2022 dated 17.01.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120(B), 468, 471, 489(B), 489(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted by order 04.01.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.54090 of 2022 whereby the petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner has been framed by order dated 10.02.2023 as would be evident from Page-15 of the bail

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IInd, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P. S. Case No.21 of 2022.

The application stands allowed.

However, in the event, if the trial Court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner after recording reasons. (Satyavrat Verma, J) vikash/- U T
