The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Initially after investigation, the police submitted chargesheet against four other named accused persons. One of them was facing trial and during course of trial on the basis of prosecution evidence coming on the record, a petition was filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C. and the petitioners were summoned. No. 146 of 2011 arising out of Chandan P.S.Case No. 51 of 2009, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
