The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case on the basis of the confessional statement of one Pramod Ram and the Investigating Officer thereafter got the confession of the petitioner and other accused persons, but no tangible evidence is collected. The petitioner was not even put on T.I.P.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in Shyampur Bhatha Case No. 71 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar.
