The petitioner seeks bail in Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 333/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Ramawati, the deceased was married to Rajdeo Mahto about six years ago. The informant alleged that from the last one year, the accused persons began to demand money. On 6.10.2014 the informant got information that his daughter was killed and her dead body was disposed of.

It is submitted that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner about the demand of dowry.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8587 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case no. 333/2014.
