The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)(A)/26/35 of the Arms Act. From the house of co-accused Raju Sharma seven finished arms, ammunitions and two motorcycles were recovered when the petitioner was found present at the same place. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery cannot be treated from the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
