JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S.Case No. 34 of 2017 registered under Sections 325, 341, 379, 384, 386, 387, 420, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of demanding Rs. 5,00,00o/- as Rangadari.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case in between the parties and now goodwill has restored between them and in the counter case, on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.386 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 the basis of that, accused-informant has been granted anticipatory bail.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon their surrender, they shall be released on provisional bail to the satisfaction of the court below. Thereafter, the court below shall issue notice to the informant of the present case and on his appearance, verify the fact of compromise between the parties and if it is found true, bail bond of the petitioners shall be confirmed.
