2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 85, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection with Suhail P.S.Case No. 34 of 2024.
3. The marital discord between the couple has given rise to the present litigation.
4. Earlier, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to iron out the differences between the feuding couple. The report of the learned Mediator dated 24.09.2025 shows that the dispute
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32296 of 2025(4) dt.12-11-2025 2/2 between the parties could not spring up fruitful result, hence the mediation failed.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a handicapped person and it would be burdensome for him to give Rs. 5,000/-, as proposed by the Court.

Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Suhail P.S.Case No. 34 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall make payment of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) per month, as an interim maintenance, to the opposite party no.2.
