3. In the present application, the order dated 26.07.2016 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumara P.S. Case No. 182 of 2013, whereby cognizance under Sections 147, 149, 323, 354, 337, 338, 308 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code has been taken, is under challenge.

4. Since eight years have lapsed after filing of the present application, it appears that the petitioners have lost their interest in pursuing the matter.
