Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019 for the offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of truck.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.2.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
