1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-3rd, Naugachia vide order dated 05.05.2022 passed in A.B.P. No.466 of 2022.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33868 of 2022(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No.292 of 2021.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No.292 of 2021.
