2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be satisfied, if a decision shall be taken on the representation filed by him before the Bihar State Technical Service Commission.
3. Learned counsel for the Bihar State Technical Service Commission submits that this issue has been decided in several other cases including the case of Deepak Jha Vs. the
Patna High Court CWJC No.8767 of 2025 dt.30-06-2026 2/2 State of Bihar and others (in C.W.J.C. No. 8900 of 2025).
4. It transpires to this Court that admittedly the representation of the petitioner is still pending. Therefore, this Court without entering into the merit or demerit of the present writ petition directs the respondent No. 4, namely, the Chairman, Bihar State Technical Service Commission to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner, as contained in Annexure- P/7 to the writ petition, within a period of 60 days upon production/receipt of a copy of the present order and decide the same with a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law as well as considering the judgment aforesaid.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction the present writ petition stands disposed off.
