JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 On call, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding on an allegation of disobedience to an order dated 14.10.1999 passed in CWJC No. 11951 of 1998 and other connected writ petitions. By the said order termination of the service of the petitioner was set aside.
In this case show cause was filed long back in the year 2001 itself on behalf of the opposite party no. 3 and a specific stand has been taken that order of the writ court has already been complied with. The petitioner was allowed to join and payment was also received by the petitioner.
In view of the facts and circumstances disclosed in the
Patna High Court MJC No.3889 of 1999 (2) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 show cause there is no need to further keep the matter pending. The petition stands disposed of.
