ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 22.12.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua, in Criminal Appeal No. 24 of 2013/270 of 2014 by which he has maintained the conviction of the Petitioner under Section 27 Arms Act and sentenced him to rigorous imprisonment for three years and a fine of Rs.2,000/-.

It has been submitted that the Petitioner has remained in custody for about nine months and has fair antecedents. Considering the nature of evidence against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere with the conviction on merits. Hence, the revision is dismissed.
